Shotblaster

A project was done for "General Motors" for the collection of dust generated in
a shot blaster process that cleans foundry pieces.

Smoke Control

For a company in the chemical sector, a dust and smoke collection system
was installed. The fumes came from an electric arc furnace used to
produce calcium carbide.

Wood Processing

In a wood furniture manufacturing company a dust collection system
was installed. The dust came from several stages of wood production
(cutting, sanding, milling, polishing). It is important to point out the
complexity of the project, because wood dust is abrasive, explosive
and agglomerative.

Combustible Dust Handling and Fire Control

For an OEM autopart manufacturer, a dust extraction system,  for
rubber and fiberglass machining was installed. The project includes a
spark detection and extinguishment system.
