Solutions offered by "Bluesphere" have as an objective to maintain a clean working environment that
fosters productivity, quality, and reduces down time caused by failures and accidents, improving the
working environment while complying with environmental norms. All our solutions are efficient, effective
and require little maintenance.

"Bluesphere" offers to increase the degree of automation of equipment and processes that operate in a
manual or semi-manual fashion. The automation can be incorporated to the company´ network, to have
access to reliable and inmediate information about the operation, as well as to have control over it. The
automation normally includes telemetry and reengineering solutions.

For example in a ventilation project for a multinational company that handles plastic in its process; we
installed a remote monitoring and control system from a PC.

In another example for an OEM autopart manufacturer, the cleaning of booths that handled toxic dust was
automated.

Telemetry solutions are directed towards the remote monitoring and control of equipment via
LAN, WAN, or Internet connection. One of the priorities of telemetry is that the equipments being
monitored have the capacity to alert automatically to the adequate personnel of any breakdown
or failure.

Reengineering is performed when it is necessary to modify existing
equipment or systems for upgrading, increases in capacity,
optimization and/or relocation. The reengineering services can be
limited to design or include implementation.

Numerous projects have been done of this type; the most important are:

- Upgrading the cleaning mechanism of dust collectors from manual to automatic pulsing.
- Increases in the capacity of the equipment.
- Optimization of equipment that operate below norms.

We offer consulting services when the client requires a specialized and qualified opinon about a
specific problem. These services generally include a diagnostic of the problem and a quantitative
proposed solution.

Examples:

- For the "General Motors" foundry plant in Toluca a consulting service was given to
determine the ventilation requirements. Specific recommendations were given about
specific equipments and technology to use to solve the in-plant pollution problem.
- A study was done for a steel plant to determine the state of the actual furnace ventilation
system and to solve the problem of excessive in-plant pollution and emissions of fumes
to the atmosphere. Specific recommendations were emitted about the required air
volume capacity, recommended technology, and a preliminary budget lo leave the
system in compliance with government regulations and international standards. This
report was used by the company to negotiate with SEMARNAP.

"Bluesphere" offers maintenance programs and contracts designed specifically for each equipment in
such manner that the filtering and extraction systems work in a reliable and efficient manner, so that
they do not interfere or interrupt production. This permits the in-house maintenance personnel to focus
on the lines of production and not be distracted with pollution control equipment related problems.
