The textile industry in its coloring process subjects the cloth through a
"textile tenter frame". This process besides giving the cloth certain
characteristics, eliminates oil that comes from an earlier process. This
tenter frames emit a high volume of oil in the form of a cloud with very
high opacity that is extremely difficult to control.

"Bluesphere" has an equipment that through an initial cooling process
using water, and then a filtering process through diffusion filters
captures the oil and effectively solves the opacity problem. This
equipment is superior to an electrostatic precipitator which is commonly
used as an alternative; because our filtering method does not have the
fire hazard associates with ESP´s and require far less maintenance.
